项目介绍

2010年，“东盟-中日韩‘了解中国’培训项目”正式启动。“了解中国”项目是中国政府亚洲区域专项资金项目，由中国教育部国际司主管，北京外国语大学承办。

“东盟-中日韩‘了解中国’研修班”项目旨在帮助东盟和日韩等国主管中国或东亚区域合作事务的外交部官员，或在著名大学从事中国研究的学者和青年学人更好地了解中国。“了解中国”项目有中国当代政治、经济、外交、军事四个方面的课程，提供中国当代农业、高科技企业、中国历史文化等当代专题讲座，为学员们接触多样的中国人群、认识瞬息万变的中国社会和了解博大精深的中华文化创造机会。

“了解中国”项目为年度项目，由北京外国语大学中国海外汉学研究中心具体实施，将为学员提供一流的课程、讲座、活动和服务。

Introduction

ASEAN Plus Three Training Program on Understanding China (hereinafter APT program) was launched in 2010. As the program is sponsored by a Special Fund for Asia Countries of the Chinese Government, the program is under administration from the Ministry of Education, operated byBeijingForeignStudiesUniversity.

ASEAN Plus Three Training Program on Understanding China aims to promote better understanding ofChinaamong young diplomats, officials, and scholars from ASEAN,RepublicofKorea, andJapanwho work in China-related positions. By offering a comprehensive and compact training program atBeijingForeignStudiesUniversity, as well as scholar-led excursions to agricultural bases, high-tech enterprises, historical and cultural sites inBeijingandChina, the program increases the chance of getting real experiences with the diverse Chinese people, fast-changing society and Chinese culture.

APT program is held annually. The National Research Center of Overseas Sinology inBeijingForeignStudiesUniversityas the operating organ, sets a high standard for the courses and lectures, activities and services.
