On May 22, 2025 The "Ten Thousand Miles of Reading Journey for Chinese and Foreign Youth" event was held at Guiyang Vocational and Technical College, where over 20 youth representatives from countries such as France, Russia, and Cameroon engaged in cross-border dialogue. Using books as a medium, the event fostered cultural exchange among young participants, with international students from our institution taking part.

In addition to book-sharing sessions, the event featured special experience zones for tea art demonstrations, lacquered fan crafting, and plant imprinting, allowing guests to immerse themselves in traditional Chinese culture and outstanding folk craftsmanship.

This initiative serves as an exchange platform for youth both in China and abroad. Through the perspectives of young participants, it showcases a true, multidimensional, and endearing image of China to the world via reading salons, field visits, youth forums, live streams, and short videos—employing multiple languages, channels, and angles for a comprehensive presentation.

贵阳的魅力中外青年读书沙龙•贵阳

“中外青年万里读书行”活动在贵阳职业技术学院举行，来自法国、俄罗斯、喀麦隆等国家的20余名青年代表开启跨越国界的对话。活动以书为媒介展开青年文化交流，我单位留学生参与了活动。

除了读书分享，活动现场还特别设置了茶艺展示、漆扇制作、植物拓印等体验区，让嘉宾们近距离感受中国传统文化和民间优秀传统技艺。

此活动是面向国内外青年群体的交流活动，通过中外青年的视角，以读书沙龙、实地探访、青年论坛、直播和短视频等方式，多语言、多渠道、多角度、全方位地向世界展现真实、立体、可爱的中国形象。
